This DuoSharp® features two sides of interrupted diamond surface sharpening and is the ideal benchstone for the shop or kitchen, especially when paired with the optional DuoBase™. The 8 inch length is perfect for chisels, plane irons, chef knives - practically any tool. While providing a generous sharpening surface, it is engineered to be rugged, lightweight and compact - great on the jobsite! The 8' product is also available in the DuoSharp®plus™ configuration featuring a 2' continuous zone of DMT® diamond for small and pointed tools such as woodcarving gouges and engravers.
